Premier Building Systems recently helped provide quality living for Seniors.  Senior apartments, developed by Community Development Programs Center of Nevada, will offer 240 affordable housing units for seniors 55 years old and older, whose income is at or less than 60 percent of area median income.  Jeff Beason, Premier's Southwest Regional Sales Manager, managed the project which supplied  inch wall panels for the first 120 units and a clubhouse for the first phase of this housing project.  The 120 units include 20 studio units, 48 one-bedroom units, and 52 two-bedroom units.  Beason will be managing the last 120 units in November of 2007. 

Premier was presented with the "Outstanding Contribution To The Development of The Senator Richard Bryan Senior Apartments" award during the grand opening of the new affordable apartment complex on July, 16th 2007. The Senator, along with the former mayor, the current mayor, and many councilmen, were in attendance and helped present this award.

Frank Hawkins of the Community Development Programs Center had this to say..."We are very pleased to have completed two developments (58 single family two-story homes and 120 senior apartments including a 7500 sq ft. clubhouse) using the Premier Structural Insulated Panels.  We are the first developer in our market to use the product to build both single family and multi-family.  The second development had no problem.  We feel Premier and all of its employees have been a great partner with us.  Jeff is the greatest; we would not have used the SIP if it were not for him.  He is a true leader and a team player.  Jeff would be our MVP."
